We are assigned by the State to serve individuals in Polk, Hardee, Highlands and Osceola Counties. Our agency is a Florida Registered Guardian with the Office of Public and Professional Guardians under the Florida Department of Elder Affairs.
The Tenth Circuit Public Guardian, Inc is 1 of 16 public guardianship offices statewide that provide public guardianship services to vulnerable adults that meet the following criteria:

Tenth Circuit Public Guardian, Inc, has a well qualified staff.Florida law requires that each office of the public guardian maintain staff or contract with professionally qualified individuals to carry out the guardianship functions. Collectively, our staff has over 60 years of guardianship experience.
